I recently purchased a herringbone chain from Del Amo Jewelry for several hundred dollars, expecting a high-quality piece due to the price and the store’s advertising. Unfortunately, the chain broke within less than a month of purchase, under very light and careful use. When I sought help from the store, they refused any form of customer service, citing a “no returns” policy and suggesting that I pay for the repair myself, despite the item clearly being defective from the start.
This experience has been highly disappointing, showcasing poor product quality and even worse customer service. The refusal to assist a customer who has received a defective product not only demonstrates a lack of accountability but also borders on deceptive business practices.
