I CAUTION ANYONE WHO BUYS OR GETS THEIR JEWELRY REPAIRED OR CLEANED HERE BY ANY JEWELRY STORE INSIDE! My boyfriend took three Cuban link chains to Gold Express to be cleaned and to repair one of the three chains and to his surprise when he returned they had given his jewelry totaling over $10k to someone else by mistake!

Easy fix right?! Nooo after returning the receipts to show how much he paid for his items he has yet to get a refund or a replacement! As a matter of fact they went silent! So now of course we have to file a police report and get attorneys involved when all we want are the items replaced! We aren’t even sure if they even gave the items away we feel that they stole these items from us and had no intention on replacing them! I would beware of the entire establishment...

I went there to waste some time. Most of the stores were not opened yet. It was very clean and organized inside. Everyone was polite and helpful. I did stop at a massage shop. Just wanted a quick massage on my shoulders. The lady hit the right spots. She noticed that I had a bad knee and asked if I had 10 more minutes. I said ok.
