I love this park and lodge. The main lodge has been updated and is beautiful. Huge double sided fireplace with one side in the restaurant. Each room section has a fireplace with a family room area with games with tables and chairs , sofa and lounging chairs. The rooms are large with beautiful views. The cental garden is full of flowers and seating. It also has a fire pit. Great for for making smores in the evening. Wood is provided but bring your on s'more making. Moderate pricing. My mother passed away while at my house on vacation. Needless to say, I needed to stock up. The problem was that it was like 2 minutes after closing time for them. However, when I called and told them I was on my way they said it wasn't a problem and they would wait on me.

They have always been friendly when I've gone in to grab a 6 pack in the past but after that I will never purchase my alcohol from ANYWHERE else.
