During these unusual times of COViD, I called to schedule an appointment to have a ring designed with family heirloom diamonds from 3 generations of my family. I asked may I please schedule an appointment to do so as my Mom is 86 and we would like to sit down with them. I was told they were short staffed and an appointment was not possible. There was no way to tell how many people may be in the store and they may need to be helping other people. I explained that is why I was asking to schedule an appointment. I was told they don't schedule appointments. And, if there were too many people in the store, we could wait outside. I asked again to schedule an appointment inquiring possibly making one at the end of their work day on Saturday in which they close at 4. May I please make an appointment at 4 then? The response: we close at 4.

So, I guess this small town jeweler that has such rave reviews needs to work on customer service, possibly being flexible enough to stay 15 minutes past closing to accommodate a potentially lucrative sale, plus the sale of some Christmas jewelry and diamond earrings for a great granddaughter, and doesn't really need any additional business. Done. It was a 5 minute conversation asking for their individual time and to accommodate a 86 year old woman’s health which is compromised at an all time high of COViD cases in our local area, and they couldn't do that. I am completely unimpressed and they will never get my business. In a for profit company of any kind... I was thinking they were there to make a living and clients. 🤪. I guess not in this case. If you have an elderly or health compromised person and you request an accommodation such as an appointment, and to shop local, go somewhere else. You won't get it from...

If I could give this fabulous business more than 5 stars I would do it. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry, reasonable prices, and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. My husband told Desiree what type of jewelry that I wear and she helped him pick out a gorgeous ring for me to replace my original wedding ring. I couldn't have picked out a more perfect ring myself. Thank you, Desiree!! Desiree also assisted me when I went in to get it sized and appraised. I had several other rings that I wanted to get sized. She inspected all of them while I was there and showed me on monitor which greatly enlarged my rings so I could see that there were a few of them were in dire need of repair, which I greatly appreciate. Prongs were missing or badly worn and stones were in danger of falling out and would have been costly to replace. I was given a very reasonable quote for the work to be done. My new ring was sized and appraised that same day, in a matter of an hour or two which allowed me to wear it and proudly show it off when I went back to work. The work on the other rings was completed sooner than expected. The jeweler did excellent work. They all fit perfectly and were cleaned and polished so they looked like new again. My husband and I are both very pleased with our experience with Your Jeweler and the entire staff. We highly recommend Your Jeweler and will definitely be returning for any jewelry needs...

I had been wanting to have some of my jewelry reset for YEARS, and I finally got the courage to do it. First up was my grandmothers ring, that I had already had reset once by another jeweler. A stone fell out and the old jeweler damaged the setting. And so it sat in my jewelry box for 20 years! Kate took so much time to discuss what they could do. They fixed the setting and basically redid everything to make the stones more stable. It looks amazing now and it feels awesome to be wearing it again. My second piece was my wedding ring. After my divorce, I had no idea what I could do with it, and Kate got to work researching settings and sending me options.
