Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Carterville

Asked for my burgers fresh off the grill and not boosted. I sat and watched the worker try to reheat some old patties and never even fired up the grill. Then they put them in the microwave and "boosted" them as I asked them not to do. The cook tried arguing saying they were fresh. I said I just watched you and you tried to heat them up. He kept arguing and said I just cooked them not long before you got here. I said I specifically ordered them fresh off the grill, that doesn't mean the burgers you cooked 20 minutes ago. He refused to cook them fresh so I asked for my money back and he refused. I've tried giving this Dairy Queen several chances. I'm beyond disappointed with tonight's service. I was served raw fries, and completely melted blizzards. We requested our blizzards with lids, so they did not seem to care about the quality. I will not be returning to this establishment, which is legitimately disappointing as a few years ago this was an amazing place to get dinner or ice cream. A great tasting chocolate shake. They remembered to leave off the whip as I asked. Although they could have added one more pump of chocolate to give my shake a chocolate appearance, that top quality dq ice cream still delivered a taste I couldn't stop enjoying to complain.
