AT&T Store — Local services in Carthage

I have been to so many stores and this one in my area is so far the worst experience I've had to endure. The manager literally threatened another customer inside the Store! And instigated the situation and was intentional; as well as Wrong! They made changes to my acct that had nothing to do with I I was there. And added a line and protection plans so I bill went from 74.57$ to 181$ in one bill cycle, Accounts in my name but I have no access to showing on my app but Their system doesn't allow them to see that I am not even a user or access it. But because They (in wireless) cannot see accounts in ( internet) they argue with me that it doesn't exist even Fraud Dept wouldn't take a report told me she was in billing department and couldn't see the Internet account but she can Transfer me!!! 😡😡😡 AGAIN after 3 hrs I had resolved nothing for the FOURTH day this week can't wait!!! To see ,,,,,,,,, what level of stupid I'll see today! Meanwhile my bill is 160 still and DUE! LOL WTH?? TY let me also add I cannot use my phone except messaging or calls. It will not load any sites, or it says their unsafe and blocks them. And NO ONE...

So, I’ve been an AT&T customer for a very long time now. It’s one of the only carriers that can keep up with my busy lifestyle, I have about 22 lines, and I’ve always been in and out of the store somewhat quickly..But today was different. Today I sat down and experienced the best service I’ve ever had. There is a representative in this Carthage store named Destinee. She was so knowledgeable about EVERYTHING AT&T has to offer. And she was able to correct an error that was done by a different rep over the phone and by merging the separate plans I was on she has saved me an estimated $135 per month!! I’ve never met someone so gracious, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. If AT&T clones her they’ll definitely see a spike in loyalty and new customers. Thank you Destinee, your store will be on my top recommendation list to my fam and friends. Thank you...

Just go some where else giving this place a one star is even to much the store could be entirely a better place and it was at one time however the employees in there now are overly rude refuse to get up off their butts to help anyone with simple question about an upgrade on their phone by saying we cant tell if you have one when they dont even look so we went to Philadelphia 30 miles away and had great response the next day today actually we went back over there( should have known better) to ask about why our phone was not charging ...again the same employee has her kids their watching tv while she is playing games on her phone and again never got up and said we dont sale batteries again came back to Philadelphia and guess what its not the battery and they were able to help and...
