Today I just wanted to share and this is mostly for management. Your employees are busting it to wait on the customers,! I noticed that due to the overload one person is taking orders, bagging and running it out to the cars, all while not sanitizing between money and other stations. More training and more help needed!!
Just a quick update on the today evening order, once we got home and I began eating my sandwich I noticed that half ouf the bottom bun was kind of hard and I moved the chicken to the side and it was absolutely black! Haven't had anything like this happen in quite a while at any restaurant. This won't stop me from trying Burger King but back to not having enough people to take orders, cook food, and then there were three cars waiting around the curve and three more in parking spaces. This isn't good!
This evening we made a mobile order and now we are sitting out in a parking space waiting and have been waiting about 10 minutes! The last few times we've been here we have ordered in this manner and the food has been great so I have no complaints about that. They just need to hire a few more people. Give people jobs and the food can get out more quickly and people can be on their way and they'll be happy and they will return! I hate that they had to send us to the parking space because now it is pouring down rain I hope they have them big umbrellas.
Today I'm sorry to say that I had to pull out of the drive-thru this morning at Burger King and it was only 9:00 a.m. because they had no biscuits left! I believe that they probably had biscuits in the freezer but they just didn't want to get any more out and cook them due to the fact that they might not have been able to sell them. The first time I went to the carthage Bk after moving out this way was after I had a horrible experience at the McDonald's. The first time at the Bk was great the staff was AMAZING! This morning though, I feel a lot different. They were constantly rushing us to make our order we weren't there two minutes looking at the menu to see what we wanted and was asked 4 times if we were ready after we asked to be given time to look and see. We get to the window to pay then the next to get the food neither one of the employees at either window said hey, good morning, or even a Thank you. Read moreI'm a huge BK fan.. This restaurant is fairly new and everything was clean. The cashier was efficient and pleasant. My complaint would be with the kitchen staff. Even though BK corporate no longer uses to slogan "Have It Your Way" the promise to prepare the sandwiches per the customers wishes is still expected. I requested "no onions" yet they were on my sandwich. Then I order 2 more sandwiches to go with the same request, no onions! The order plainly stated my request....the person making the sandwich was on autopilot and onions were also on the to go burgers.
