Yesterday I called and scheduled an appointment for 10:00am today (Saturday). When I showed up, there was no one at the salon. I waited 15 min before leaving. I just called to try and schedule a new appointment and was not given an apology and was told that they are not open that early in the morning, despite having those hours listed on the website and their door, as well as being told that I had an appointment at 10am. I am very disappointed, as I wanted to be able to use the salon to do my nails before my wedding. UPDATE: I decided to give this place another chance and made another appointment for an SNS mani. This was the worst nail service I’ve ever had.

Issues: -the place was not properly staff and it took forever to get people to help us -it took twice the amount of time as other nail salons - slow service -the lady barely cut my grandmothers nails and she hates the shape of them -TWO HOURS AFTER LEAVING - there are chips in both of our nail polish from pulling a credit card out of a wallet and eating dinner. This is NOT suppose to happen. -the lady also cut my grandmothers cuticle and it started bleeding and hurt her -additionally I drove back to request a refund in person and Google says the salon is open until 9 o’clock however at 7 o’clock the doors were shut and locked
