I love the Nail Lab in Cary!! My mom and I both see our nail tech, Tiny. She is amazing! We have great conversation and I have never left unhappy. Tiny did my wedding nails as well and they were beautiful. She has never let me down. She always has great recommendations, even if Iām between which colors would look good, she always helps me decide. Her artwork and attention to detail is excellent. The designs that Tiny can produce are very fine and intricate. She always cares about the health of my nails, coming from someone who recently stopped biting their nails.
The Nail Lab space is new to me because we followed Tiny from her old salon. I have to say I was so stunned and impressed at how beautiful the space is! My mom and I both went this past Saturday and it was my first time to the space, even though my mom has been a few times, I was unable at the time. The space is very clean and all of the staff was exceptionally pleasant. My pedicure was not done by Tiny, but the lady who did it was so sweet and we had the best conversation! The pedicure chairs are big and very comfortable!
If you are looking for a new place to get your nails done, I highly recommend Tiny and The Nail Lab. You will not be disappointed! She truly takes time to get to know her clients and I am very blessed to have her as my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis salon is under new ownership by proprietors Charlie and Tiny and I decided to give them a try b/c they offer Builder Gel-Liquid Gel (something Iāve yet to try before). What was wrong with my visit was the following: (1) what is the point in booking online and requesting a specific technician if you are then serviced by someone else? Not cool at all! (2) Their advertised prices are quite inaccurate and any hidden fees are also not appreciated. Nowhere online does it indicate that there is an up charge if you get gel polish on your finger nails! Who does that without informing the customer in advance that there is a price difference between āregularā (OPI) polish and gel?! Also $12 on top of the normal charge for a gel polish is a bit outrageous. (3) And finally? To not inform a customer at the time of service that using a credit card will cost a 3% convenience fee is also not appropriate. Only as I checked out to pay was I told that if I paid ācashā I would not have been charged a convenience fee for using my credit card. Although overall the service provided me was done satisfactorily, I donāt expect this salon to stay in business long if they continue to gouge their customers with hidden fees and not being transparent with industry...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI canāt say enough good things about this nail salon! I took my niece to get her old gel nails removed. My niece had previously gone to a different salon and they used so much glue for her gel nails that it took almost an hour to chisel them off at the Nail Lab. The Technician who worked on my nieceās nails was so patient and so diligent about removing every chip of glue off her nails to clean them up. My niece has quadriplegic cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair. She canāt always control the Spasticity in her hands. But the nail technician made my niece feel very comfortable. My nieceās disability didnāt deter the technician at all. The young man who also works at the Salon was very kind as well and jumped in to help whenever he could. After my nieceās nails were all cleaned up the nail technician applied acrylic nails with French tips. They came out absolutely beautiful! My niece and I want to thank the Nail Lab for their hard work and dedication to their clients. My niece left feeling overjoyed with her...
