Blue Bridge Market — Local services in Cascade Charter Township

The menu and pricing is very misleading. We asked to clarify if we added the two sides it would be a total of $10.00 and the guy said yes. But when we went to pay, it rang up to chicken strips plus the two sides for a total of $18. We asked to speak to manager and she was not helpful stating the menu is written that you can add 2 sides for an additional $10.00, sides hen in fact it is not written that way. The staff was not very nice in trying to clarify the situation but instead saying, “do you want it or not?” Traveling is stressful enough, without people being condescending. To top it off, the food tastes stale and was packaged in a container that was too small, making things meant to be fried, to become soggy. I just bought a breakfast burrito at your establishment and on the board it was priced as $8.99, yet I was charged $9.99. When I brought it the attention of the attendant, I was told it was a corporate issue that they have been having issues with the board. That isn't my problem, it is yours! I should not be charged more then the posted sale price. I am not satisfied with the solution at all. They would not refund my dollar. As far as I am concerned I believe that is false advertising. Compared to some other airports, GRR doesn’t have many coffee shop options. Blue Bridge is one of them. Service was friendly. Pricing was the usual airport ($6 for a cappuccino). If I had time to walk back to the Starbucks just after passing through security, I would have. While Blue Bridge coffee is decent, I’d put it a notch below Starbucks (which is a notch or two below serious coffee shops). But it was still fine.
