We were in Casey for a couple of days touring around. We found it to be a nice quaint little town. We enjoyed the LARGE items. We saw your butcher shop so we decided after spending the day out we would stop in there and see what you had. Well we stopped at a produce stand and the lady said it was a pretty expensive place, but I said if it was good meat it's worth it. So we went in. I like rib eye. It was $17.99 lb., but it looked good. I picked out one I THOUGHT had less fat because I don't like beef fat. Wellllll when I went to cook it the next night and turned it over there was a 2" diameter thick fat in middle. Had to cut it out which was 1/3 of the steak which was $4. It didn't show from front.
