Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Casper

Yesterday, The saleswoman was extremely helpful and helped us (my wife, her Service Dog, & myself) find a gorgeous Mocha & Espresso two-toned cloth & leather Love Seat Recliner & Sofa Recliner set with matching end tables & coffee table. We where also granted a 5x8 floor rug. Originally we where going to get the entire set. Today we decided to purchase only the furniture and opted for a different rug that the store had. We are truly happy with our purchase and the finance payments. The leasing process was a piece of cake, the GM even lowered our initial payment by half. She had her Delivery Guys deliver all 3 items. Now this was no easy task. The furniture has a combined weight of 1500 pounds. Both of the guys had to hoist both pieces of furniture over their heads to make it over my fence. Unfortunately that was the only way to get furniture off truck and into my apartment door. They set everything up just right GUYS....JOB WELL DONE!!! What my disappointing is...We where promised delivery around 3 PM. At 5:45 I called & the GM said it would come before 7. Okay fine. 7:15 comes still has not come. Called GM again, she says "Oh they are running late, We will call when we arrive. No phone call was made. The furniture arived around 7:45-8:00 PM. Please call if your running late next time. My other disappointing is on left side of sofa, the leather arm has about 8 staples in it that have come out of the side where the factory binds the leather and upholstery together. In my contract, Aaron's says they will repair this at their expense. Giving 4 out of 5 Stars simply based on late...

After being a loyal customer and purchasing a TV and a couch set threw them I'm very upset with them. It took almost a year to get my TV fixed and then It came back still broken, so they sent it back. Well then couldn't fix it and after arguing that I was not going to take a pre leased TV in my brand new TV's place I finally got a replacement after 2 months of waiting. Well today we were sending a bed back waited all day for Aaron's to show to pick it up well its 8:30 at night no one has come by nor have they called! It's safe to say after today Aaron's has lost all of my business, I would not recommend these...

I wanted to talk about a couple of workers from the Aarons at Casper WY. These guys went above and beyond to make my delivery go as well as possible. We thought we were faces with an impossible situation with the size of the fridge I ordered and the size of my staircase. They wouldn't stop until the job was done. They were both polite and professional. I have ordered from Aarons twice now but have things delivered on numerous occasions. This was my far the best experience.
