I went to watch my niece play a volleyball game at the Boys and girls club. My niece has more than 10 players on her team and barely got to play! I was told in the crowd that both teams had over 15! How is she supposed to learn when she gets no playing time? One of my friends came to support their daughter for the high school games afte and there was swearing, taunting, poor sportsmanship, and more! Something we've both scene at every game we have attended and weve had enough. One of the kids said that a staff member played! A KIDS LEAGUE ALLOWING ADULTS TO PLAY! It is an absolute joke of a program, and we will NEVER return following this season. The Athletic people do not care and allow all of this to happen in all there games. I saw staff sitting there while other staff and players were swearing, and my niece told me the staff swear consistently AROUND THE PLAYERS! Specifically a person named Keegan. Staff sit around and watch players swear insult fight, and make poor examples for other kids And have no care whatsoever. The staff think is acceptable for massive teams that don't allow any playing time for anyone. It seems it is encouraged by whomever runs the program that swearing and taunting is allowed. girls crying after games because of there opportunities being small and being torn down by other players is ok. Every single staff in the program has no care for the kids or the quality of product, and you'd think someone might step in! There are many other opportunities around town that are more kid friendly and player friendly...

I have been taking my granddaughter here for 3 years and have not ever had a bad experience until recently. Brandy the CFO should not be in the position that she is in. Rude, unprofessional, belittling, demanding, condescending. I asked for a manager to be present during our conversation over a 28$ bill that I did not know was due.. she threw her arms out and said " I am the manager of the whole place". I asked her 3 times to stop talking down to me she said "This is how I talk to everyone" I told her I felt sorry for her staff she then told me to get my child and leave that we were suspended from the club. Mind you I paid the 28$ and have never had a bill there. They sit out front with a table and call all the DFS parents out loud which ive heard several parents remark that thats humiliating..its not anybody buisness who is on dfs and who isnt... they talk about personal stuff about the kids in front of other parents ive heard more then enough about other peoples children... they have u sign blank dfs logs to max out the dfs payments which is illegal and if u dont sign then u are threatened with suspension... there is 1 girl at the front desk that really cares and Is friendly and professional and Jason is helpful and caring too.. I wish I could have actually spoke with a manager, the behavior of the CFO doesnt seen like the boys and girls club motto... how do we teach our children to be kind and respectful when people like Brandy are the role models for the staff...

I needed a place for my daughter to go to for after school so she can make it to her volleyball practice. Well under the circumstances I work everyday from 8 - 5:30 pm knowing how important it is for my child to do sports I asked a few people at her school if there was a place she could hang out until practice or the games. I was told that she could stay with the B & G Club at her school for $10 a month, or $6 a day. Which I think $6 is quite excessive to pay just for a child to sit in a gym and doing nothing. Well I paid the $10 and got my receipt. Under false information given I find out recently I get told that I owe $50 + for a few days for my 11 year old daughter. Like seriously? Then I was told that I was being charged the $6 because my daughter is not a teenager, and that she is not old enough. Unacceptable. This is supposed to be a non profit organization right? Well that's not non - profit to me. Not worth the money I paid for let me tell...
