El Burro Loco Casper wy — Restaurant in Casper

I had very high expectations coming here because everyone has talked so highly of it. My bill was $68 for a family of 4! I had nachos and rice and beans. My husband had rice and beans and chips and queso, the chips were very greasy and there was only enough for half of the dip, my son had a burrito and specifically asked for ground beef and cheese only and got no cheese and all the other fixings he didn't want. My daughter got a taco that she did not like and fried icecream that she did not like and that was $7 alone and we all got a drink. They have one of those card readers that guilt you into a tip eventhough it is self service. That ended up being almost $9 and just gave a percentage option with ok, good, great, so I did the great option without knowing anything. My toddler and I ate here yesterday and LOVED it! I ordered the special, which was a taco plate. I ordered my LO a mini quesadilla with fries. For something extra, we also had the churro donuts. In my opinion, this was pretty authentic Mexican food. The cashier spoke Spanish and English. The cashier was super friendly and kind. You order food at the counter with the cashier when you arrive and then she delivers it to you when it's ready. Our food came out really quickly. All of it was very good. I had carne asada in my tacos and it was delightful! My toddler ate so much of his food. The cheese in his quesadilla was melted perfectly. The fries are fresh cut and well-seasoned. There is one employee who continually treats me horribly!! I spoke with the owner's mother and I said that I was done and I shouldn't be treated this way by the employee. Let alone being treated like garbage by this employee. When I ask for the table to be cleaned (tables are usually always dirty), I would always have her act like it was a big deal to clean the table. The same employee would continually have the music extremely loud and it makes it hard to even sit there and enjoy the food. I decided to give the restaurant one last shot and this same employee started talking about me to the cooks in Spanish.
