I took stones to Lacey for them to mount into earrings and a ring for me. We had heard great reviews of this place, which is why we chose to go there. We were told it would be about a month to get it finished and that she would call me at the end of October. I had not heard from her and it was now November, so I called. It said on her voicemail that she was out so I waited a few days and called back. She knew who I was when I was calling, so I know she saw I had called, but still never called me back. She said she had emergency surgery and they weren't done yet. Ok, I get things happen, but this is a business. I offered my condolences and she told me I would hear from her within the week. She never called me. I showed up around Thanksgiving as their voicemail stated they were having after thanksgiving sales. They were closed. The following day, I showed up and she again had another excuse that she was a one-woman shop and was busy. She did not have my ring done (this had now been 2 months) but if I were to leave it with her for another week, she would have it done. I'm sorry, but when you're spending over 2k on items, you can't have them done in 2 months and then you offer up excuses? It was very unprofessional and she didn't even seem to care when I asked for a refund. The jewelry work was very beautiful but I am taking my stone elsewhere to have the ring done. I will not go back...
Read moreI have never experienced such horrible service, quality, or integrity as Castle Pines Jewelers. My wife and I got our wedding bands and her engagement ring from them, and were shocked at the poor quality of the rings. Not only that, they took over 2 months to get our wedding bands to us, after messing up the order, and inscription. We finally got them 2 days before our wedding and couldn't believe how scratched up and cheap they looked. When we tried to contact them to discuss this, and see if we could exchange them, their employee Daryl was outrageously rude. Calling my wife a liar, and asking us why we hadn't paid for them. I told him we had tried to call after we returned from our honeymoon, and I was put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. So I figured when they're ready to earn our business, they can work for it, and we'll pay them. We tried to speak to the owner, "Jeffrey" thinking he would want to know if one of his employees was acting this way, and it turns out he is just as bad, if not worse. He doesn't care about his customers or their happiness. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and am sick over how we were treating. Buying your wedding bands is suppose to be a happy occasion, and this place really made it a...
Read moreMy parents recommended Castle Pines Jewelers to repair my wedding ring after they'd had a pleasant experience with their own repair. Several prongs on my engagement ring had broken and my diamond was almost lost for good. They rebuilt the ring and redipped the white gold. I thought we'd have to pay an arm and a leg for something like this and anticipated being able to tell that the ring had been repaired. I was SO wrong. The price was reasonable, and the quality of work was beyond my expectations. My ring looks brand new, and I just can't stop smiling when I look at it!! Lacey was knowledgeable and very thorough. We purchased the ring elsewhere, but she never made us feel that way. When we came in for pick-up she polished and cleaned my wedding band so it would not look dull next to my newly repaired ring. Those little touches are what makes this business stand out and is the exact reason why we will be customers for life and will always recommend Castle Pines...
