We got married at Cielo at Castle Pines and truly couldn't have picked a better venue! From the very start, it checked so many of our must-haves: a full 12-hour rental (which is surprisingly rare), private and spacious getting ready suites, and a naturally beautiful setting that meant we didn’t have to spend a fortune on extra decorations or flowers. The venue itself is stunning—wooded surroundings, stone architecture, and picture-perfect spots everywhere you look.

One of the biggest reasons we loved Cielo is that it’s family owned and operated, not part of a big corporate group. You really feel that personal touch in how they run things and care about your day. The staff was kind, helpful, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.

Another big perk: bartending is completely in-house. Cielo has their own liquor license and provides bartenders through Peak Beverages, which made things so much easier when it came to planning. No need to coordinate outside vendors or worry about permits—they have it covered.

A few things to note: they do have a limited list of approved caterers, which can be a bit tough if you’re working with a tight budget, but we were still able to find great options. If you're trying to save, consider booking on a Thursday—the pricing is significantly more affordable and the vibe is still just as special. They also typically run a 10% discount at the beginning of the year, which helped us out financially as well.

Our guests absolutely loved the venue. It’s just 10 minutes from Castle Rock, where they recommend a few great hotels. Plus, there were plenty of Ubers around, so no one had to worry about transportation.

In short, if you want a venue that’s beautiful, stress-free, and run by people who genuinely care—Cielo is it. We’re so happy we chose it for...

Our words cannot explain how amazing this venue is. My husband and I got married here May 2016. From the moment we walked in in February, we knew we wanted to get married at that venue.

Todd was the one who helped us with the tour and get everything started, as well as the day of the wedding. He did not push us into anything and was extremely helpful when we explained we wanted our wedding in May.

When we chose our date and gave the deposit, Stacy began to help us. She was the one to help us all the way up to the day before our wedding. She gave us a list of approved catering, and linen companies ; which I was unsure about at first. However not having to stress about finding a Caterer who would work in Castle Rock was nice. Plus Tegan with Relish Catering did an amazing job! They also gave recommendations on DJs and other things.

At the 30 day walk through, Stacy did an amazing job at providing my husband and I with everything we needed to know. She also helped set up a floor plan of how we wanted everything to look. Todd got us that floor plan back within 24 hours of our walk through.

Cielo provided almost everything needed for the wedding day, and what they did not provide, the other companies we used did.

At rehearsal, we had an hour to run through everything. It was plenty of time and people helped us out when we had questions.

The day of the wedding, we had hail and rain. You never know what to expect in Colorado. Cielo and the caterer did an amazing job to help move the ceremony from outside to inside. After the ceremony, they all worked together to set up the space the way we had drawn out the floor plan.

Everyone at Cielo was very helpful, had great communication, and made our wedding day perfect! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking...

Beautiful, classy facility !!!

Writing reviews is not something I have ever taken the time to do. After my wedding on August 18th there are a few vendors that I honestly need to take the time to thank and write a review for. Cielo at Castle Pines is definitely one of them!! My fiancĂŠe and I had 4 months to plan our wedding and of course the first priority was to find a venue. We live in Colorado, therefore we wanted an outdoor wedding, yet a classy indoor reception. We walked through the Cielo after touring three other facilities and knew immediately this was where we wanted to get married. Todd and Stacy were extremely professional, organized, attentive and made sure our special day was worry free. We received countless comments from our family and friends about how beautiful the facility was.

Thank you to everyone at the Cielo who had a part in making our day special...

I got married on 8/9/2025 and couldn't be happier with choosing Cielo and Castle Pines. We toured about 10 wedding venues from Denver to Colorado Springs, and as soon as we stepped into Cielo at Castle Pines, we knew it was THE one. This venue is absolutely stunning! The beautiful waterfall on the back patio made the perfect backdrop for photos; the grand staircase was unforgettable for our big entrance; and the grand hall fit my large family perfectly without ever feeling crowded. On top of that, working with Stacy was such a joy. She made every meeting seamless and coordinated with our vendors so smoothly, which made the planning process so much easier and stress-free. If you’re looking for a breathtaking venue paired with top-notch service, Cielo at Castle Pines is it!

I wish 0 stars was an option. Food was dry. Staff was all business and not friendly. No attention to detail, two examples, one being no paper towels in the bathrooms, two being slow bar service with super long lines because employees were lackadaisical. I get the fact they are running a business and want to cut costs but it's a wedding venue not a auto shop. Heard it's super pricey because it's close to Castle Pines but don't get it twisted this has nothing to do with Castle Pines and wouldn't live up to their standards by a long shot. Look elsewhere for your wedding venue.
