They lady that seemed to be running the store was NOT AT All FRIENDLY. We stopped there on our way to St Helens with our Mom and 2 grand children and were searching the store. My wife was attempting to show our 7 and 9 year old grandchildren the video playing on the small television set by the door but the sun was glaring on the screen so she simply attempted to move it slightly and the lady YELLED at my wife not to touch the TV. We had numerous gifts that we were going to purchase before we left that I had my wife put back after such rude treatment in front of other customers in the store. We will be back to Mt St Helens but we will never stop at this store nor spend 1 penny there after the treatment and I advise others against it too!!!! The lady needs some serious customer...

It was conveniently located right off the freeway. It has a great selection of St Helens gifts as well as Big Foot merchandise. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the next gift shop we went to went above and beyond in customer service. In fact that shop was closed and opened for us because they saw us taking pictures with some of their stuff. This first stop at the Mt St Helens Gifts... The lady didn't really interact much at all. Even during ringing things up she just was really introverted and didn't seem interested in what brought us in or our mountain experience or anything really. Whenever I'm in Western Washington, a few of my friends beg me for Bigfoot souvenirs. After visiting two other shops on the Olympic Peninsula I've realized that Mt St Helens Gifts in Castle Rock is easily the best of the lot. The quality of the merchandise is excellent. The selection was cool, not tacky, and the prices are reasonable. The owner (I found out after a friendly discussion) carefully selects everything. She also has first hand experience with the Mt St Helens eruptions from 1980 on, and has nice souvenirs commemorating that event. This little is a nice shop that's definitely...
