If i could give this subway a zero star i probably would have. Me and my friend came in as a new employee was being trained. The manager was walking her through how to make our sandwiches correctly. The lady was very nice but unfortunately they were extremely stingy with the ingredients. My friend was first in line, and when we were getting the vegetable on our sandwiches, we both asked for olives. The manager told the new employee to just take a pinch of olives and place them on the sandwich. Keep in mind this was a whole foot long sub. On my friends sandwich, there were about 5 or 6 olives total. On mine, there were about the same amount. The new employee tried to put more olives on my sandwich because she knew that the manager was being stingy, and the manager snapped at her. My point of this review is that it seems like the new employees aren’t being trained as well as they could be, and ask for triple the amount of toppings you want so you get a good amount. Oh also, it seems like the air conditioning is out, so the have a bunch of fans everywhere, my guess it is so the food doesn’t spoil so fast so that seems pretty unsanitary to me. Read moreAbsolutely disgusting! I’ve never been to a worse run establishment in my entire life and I’ve ate food with the afghani army. The service was trash the employees were all but helpful the cleanliness was next to non existent. I watched 5 people turn around and walk out because it took Selina 30 minutes to figure out how to make pickup order. My entire visit revolves around 3 foot longs. And one of them was literally bread and turkey! I waited in the lobby for over an hour before I got my food. I also noticed the of the three employees staffing the building there was an exceptionally rude character staring at customers and offering nothing even coming close to help for the newer employee that was obviously struggling…. I didn’t catch the fellas name but he had long blonde hair and gave it his all ! Kudos to him but the fellow in the back with the wannabe mullet and the dangly cross earrings should seriously consider licking windows for a job! 10/10 would not recommend this subway to anyone …. Read moreTerrible experience. From the moment we walked in the store we felt like an inconvenience. There were no customers but they seemed irritated we were there in the first place we ordered 70$ worth of sandwhiches for our large faimly and sat down. No napkins, asked if they had chocolate milk and she snapped on me we don't carry chocolate milk. Basically they where super pushy the whole time we were ordering our food, I would understand if they where super busy but there was literally no one in the store. At the end one of my kids accidentally spilled her drink I went to the front and asked if they had a mop and she snapped I'll get to it when I have a minute (still no customers in the lobby) than when we where leaving both girls where in the lobby taking pictures of said spill 😒 all waving there hands towards the windows ext.
