I went through the Burger King in Castle Rock, WA today grabbing a bit of breakfast as well as a bit of lunch to save for later. I ordered two for $4 breakfast sandwiches and asked about the two for $5 burgers. The lady said that it was a lunch item. I asked âIs it not Burger Kingâs standards to offer burgers all day?â As I read the menu on the board that included burgers, And a man hops on the head set and says âprobably, but Iâm not doing it. I donât have time to throw down a whopperâ This statement really took be aback. I have gone through other Burger Kings and ordered the two for $5 in the mornings. Usually getting two chicken sandwiches without an issue. I frequent this particular Burger King quite often, but not in the mornings. My complaints that I kept to myself and never spoke about was that they completely burned my impossible burger twice, so I stopped ordering them there (I still order them at other Burger Kings) and the cheesy tots and mozzarella sticks are consistently under cooked and after a few times I also stopped ordering those. But I still went to the Burger King. Their staff is usually friendly enough. Iâve been ignored at the window before and a lot of the staff do not offer ready smiles or pleasantries. But it is what it is. However, to be told, as a customer, from someone inside on a headset that they refuse to make a burger because they donât have time, when burgers were clearly on the menu takes the cake. They didnât say âsorry we are no longer offering the two for $5 in the mornings, feel free to order a burger on the menu,â which I would have gladly come done. But this man literally said that he knows itâs a standard policy to make a burger all day but actually refused to make a burger because he doesnât have time or didnât want to. The owner needs to hire new staff and train them properly. And if that was the owner, shame on him. He needs a reprimand from a Burger...
Read moreThe manager zeke was so rude to our entire family. We had several of us so yes it was a larger order. We recognized that and counted the burgers we got and noted and told the cashier that we were missing one sandwich. At this point all was normal and fine the cashier went to let the manager (Zeke) know⌠thatâs when everything turned to chaos. We could heard the manger telling his crew that we apparently got our entire order and âtoo bad, they finished all our product so now we donât have any meatâ he then came to tell use he refuses to make our one burger to complete the order. We would have been completely understanding if he simply said something like âwe will get to your order as soon ad we complete this drive through order, thank you for your patienceâ instead he raised his voice and refused to admit that what he said was rude and unnecessary when all we did was to kindly let them know that one burger was missing. We were willing to pay if needed, even though we already paid $200+, and he was gaslighting us telling us he had the freedom of speech. For what? To be rude and say that our family âused up all your product?â Even when we calmly explained that weâve worked in food service and would never give this kind of customer service, and even tried to empathize with him, he would not acknowledge he was being rude, problematic, and narrow minded. Never have I had such a terrible customer service and human experto me...
Read moreI just wanted to give some feedback on the quality at the location here in Castle Rock. I live local, and alot of times late hours working unfortunately forces me to grab dinner on the go. I've lived in Castle Rock for nearly 7 years now. BK used to be one of my go to's, however, the sub par quality at this location is falling off. That said, tonight, I went through the drive thru and requested a whopper with cheese meal. The past 6-7 times ordering the same thing, my sandwich has always been cold. So this time, I requested fresh off of the broiler. Only to receive a cold burger yet again. No exaggeration, cold, cold to the point where the processed cheese is not even remotely melted. And That's requesting it made fresh. With the pandemic, these employees should be happy to have a place of employment. If a customer requests a fresh, hot sandwich, that is what should be received. So now, I spent $11 and some change, for a burger I literally ate three bites from. When I did eat those three bites, it was like tearing at a piece of cold meat. Not pleasant. Like I said, this is not the first time, more like 8 now. It's unfortunate because I enjoy BK, but it will likely be my last time at this location. Most other locations I have been to, food is fresh without asking for it to be made fresh. This place couldn't get it fresh, even when asked. What happened to the moto, "We make it your way!" Lucky to get 2...
