HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE my friend and I had virgin hair and we asked for blonde and came out with the same hair color with baby lights, we were so upset and unsatisfied because we asked to be blonde so we kindly asked for them to fix the mistakes they’ve made but instead she spit on my face and pulled my friends hair off and said they would have to charge us if we wanted to fix it. OWNER is soooo rude , horrible attitude I do not recommend this place at all. POOR QUALITY. POOR VALUE. UNPROFESSIONAL. like who even asks for credit card info through text??? On top of that not...

Really quite disappointed. I am hoping to give them another chance. I wasn't really happy with my cut or my color and the price for the quality was unacceptably and EXTREMELY high.

I've gone without a touch-up for so long now, afraid to go back, and not sure where to go after but I'm going to call and see if I can get in to see someone else. I see the posts here about "Jen". Maybe if I get her or someone more skilled, I will come back and stay back. I have really been looking for a stylist and salon combination I can trust so I can have some fun but still love my hair....

I think many of the negative reviews may stem from the independent hair stylist system they use. But I got a haircut, shampoo, and my hair styled for the day. I wasn't completely sure what to get when I came in, and Kris my stylist helped guide me to a really good look I was happy with. The place itself felt very clean and upscale, and the moment I walked in Kris was ready for me at the front desk waiting. I would say if you seek out the person best fit for you, this will be a very good experience and I would say ignore the negative...
