Ronald has been my go to person for tech issues. On a whim I called at the last minute to see if he could fix my iPhone screen. It took less than an hour and my phone looked brand new. After that experience I had him change my phone battery, and he was also able to take a look at my laptop which had a mouse functioning issue. He fixed my laptop, it was a software issue and he was kind enough to not charge me. He is extremely professional, fast, skilled and most importantly kind. Took in an iPad 8 and a iPhone 13 max to get the screens and back glass (iPhone) replaced! AWESOME YET FAST JOB! The iPad was my 5 year olds and the phone was my fiancĆ©s which now a days no one can live without the electronics SO I LOVED HOW FAST it was , THANK YOU! iPad was ready within an hour and iPhone was ready within 3 hours! VERY AFFORDABLE AS WELL! Better than paying a deductible on insurance and waiting weeks for replacements!
