Dollar Tree — Local services in Cathedral City

I have often shopped at this location because it's close to me. It's always good for last minute holiday items. Today was the same purpose for shopping at the dollar tree today. I only needed 2 items and paid with cash. The total was $2.72. I paid with a $5 bill. However, my change given was only $2.25 instead of $2.28. The cashier informed me that she didn't have 3 cents when I asked for the correct amount. I noticed that 2 other registers were open with what appeared to be a store manager overseeing a transaction. I find this unacceptable, even though it was only a difference of 3 cents. Especially, when paying with cash. I don't think I will feel comfortable going back to this location again....

One of the male employees is very DISRESPECTFUL. When I declined a box for my few holiday purchases because i have a bad arm he made the comment you cant please everyone. I smiled and said the box was too big when he again said you cant please everyone. He involved 2 older men in front gathering their purchases I said quietly that I hate this location because he was insulting Im the customer but he has to make comments. 12/26/2024 Today I asked store manager if they by chance had some more product in the back and she told me yes we have a new box in the back but she could not help me and told me to come back another day. In 2 days to be exact because it would ruin Inventory. Now I have talk to the owner before and the owner never had a problem pulling product from the back. I'm here to spend money 💰 and I'm upset the employee was too lazy to go in the back and get more items for me.
