Nails Quest — Local services in Catonsville

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager lady there is super rude. One day I went there to get my nails done in the color yellow, so the man puts on a white coating first then applied the yellow.. So after my nails are done I was rushed to go to the back so that my feet can get done so as I’m finally sitting down examining my nails they looked horrible. They were real bulky, the white was showing all around, he didn’t even paint the tips of my nails fully, and they were just flat out sloppy looking. So I told the manager that I would like a color change because of how my nails looked and she said it would be $15 .. Long story short I wasn’t paying $15 dollars because it’s not like I wanted a regular color change because I didn’t like the color, I wanted a color change because I didn’t like how he did it and I didn’t want him experimenting on me nomore. So as I’m trying to explain that to her she was being rude, not trying to listen and just being so nasty then told me I had to wait an hour if I wanted my so call color change, so I called my mom .. long story short when my mom got there she was being rude to my mother, not saying anything back to her and just ignoring her .. my mother wasn’t get smart she was being very polite .. so long story short the man did my nails over still wasn’t all that and now I’m never going back there again and that’s...

They over charged me for some old reason they charged me for length when all I got was a fill in and was in there less than 30 minutes for my entire service and my nails are medium length not long. It says $40 and up for gel fill in and $50 for and entire full set with gel . So you charge me $50 for a fill in where you clearly did way less actual work ? I had absolutely no repairs , I got no designs , none of my nails were lifting .

He barely even had to use any acrylic because all of my nails were intact . When your price clearly says $40 . I could see if he charged me $45 even though that would have been too much as well due to not really doing any real work . I went there Friday I wanted a pedicure and a fill in they lady that did my pedicure did a great job but when it came to my nails they told me I had to wait mind you I came in at 10 when they opened no one was there my pedicure was done by 11:30 most places do all services at once then while I was waiting they took 2 people that just walked in myself and 2 other women asked them why did they just take them and where sitting here waiting to get our nails done she told me i had to wait a extra 30 minutes im like why do i havlft to wait if i was here before them so when I asked the manager she became really nasty about it from what the 2 other people they said she is always nasty with customers so I got my nails done somewhere else trust me they will never get my money ever again I'm paying for a service and you want to be nasty she truly...
