Every time I come to this store I am openly treated like a thief by staff. I’ve complained to the manager at least three times and each time nothing seemed to be done. I finally called corporate last Friday to complain and was told that I would be contacted within three days or less. No one has called me yet...today is Thursday.

Even more upsetting is the fact that a few other people have already complained in their Google review about the lack of professionalism they’ve experienced or received at this same store. So, my question is: “Why isn’t the person in charge of this business doing anything to correct this problem?” Are they not aware that their staff is making their business look bad? Every time I come here it's just the worst customer service experience.. 13 years I've come here..Some days when I just want the great customer service experience I will take that extra drive to columbia or Sykesville..Though it's far I have never had someone wait on me woth am attitude or even. argue with me when I'm trying to explain in the check out what the register monitor was saying.. This was my last day there at shoppers.. People at shoppers one, should be grateful they have a job especially during this time.. Some staff are very friendly when I visit. Shout out to the Meat Dept guy who transferred from Randallstown location. Shout out to the lady with the Bad short haircut at self checkout a few more however those stand out with there exceptional customer service. I Love the Rotisserie Chicken and Fried Chicken when I can get it. It's well prepared and seasoned. I would love the opportunity to purchase the Rotisserie seasoning used on Shoppers Chicken. Bathroom needs work if not a mini renovation, simple as putting the toilet paper holder up. Tissue and paper towels shouldn't be lying around.
