Paid for stereo system install, including connecting the factory backup camera, and steering wheel controls for the radio. I supplied everything except the wiring for power and signal. They refused to properly program the steering wheel module, they lost the adapter for the backup camera, and they wired the backup camera directly to 12 volts rather than using the adapter which changed it to 6 volts. I offered to teach the guy that unlocked to the store how to program the steering wheel module, but he insisted he knew how and that my module was bad! Terrible Customer Service! Had speakers a radio installed by them they told me I had 90day warranty. Well as soon as I left my turn signal fuse began to blow. No turn or brake lights. Took my truck right back a they refused to even check back over their work! Told me I had to pay 45 dollars for the to look over it! Great pricing on products.... but.... - customer service & knowledge is mediocre at best had a sub and door speakers put in. Didn't adjust radio - didn't adjust amp said turn the bass knob up & go. Massive clipping issues took it back to get adjusted listened for 5 minutes said they didn't know what was going on and sent me down the road. Very very disappointing. So much for...
