Party Fair — Local services in Cedar Grove

I don't normally put bad reviews up but they deserve this one. I went to pick up an order placed the night before about 2 hours early because my plans had changed. The woman in front of me just walked in and picked up 2 balloons at the counter with no problem. I was only picking up 3. They turned me away rather than taking a few minutes to fill the order. They were not busy and I left upset. I was taking to the woman outside who said it was ridiculous because she had no problem getting balloons. I came back in two hours , said something to the manager and he couldn't care less. There was no customer service skills at all, Just a bad attitude. Will never shop in this store again and we spend a lot of money on...

Fraud!! Do not waste your time or money going here. They demand you pay over the phone for a balloon order that you pay in full, then when you go to pick up your order they claim you have not paid. When we tried to speak to the manager and show him my bank statement with the deduction he would not even look at us. I showed proof that it was not pending it was deducted and he would not even turn around. The place smelled like pure mold from the flood there were spiders all over my balloons in the bag. Purchased a cake pan, never took it out of bag since didn’t use it, went back to return it and was told they couldn’t accept it since it was not in package… but I bought it NOT in a package and explained so. Mind you paper stickers were still safely on the cake pan.so if your policy is NOT to take back a cake pan that is not in its package you should NOT sell a cake pan that is not properly packaged or let costumer know that they will not be able...
