Like I said in my previous review posted 9 months ago, which has since been removed… IF I COULD GIVE THIS BUSINESS ZERO STARS, I WOULD! There is a reason why my review is no longer visible! This business is dishonest and unfair to its customers, and will not own up to any wrong doings! YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT SAFE HERE, TRUST ME!! Just like “The Fields” review that was posted 5 months ago, I too had the same exact issue with damage to my vehicle as a direct result from using this car wash! Apparently my review has been deleted and removed from this contribution page, which I believe is unfair to other potential customers that need to be informed of untrustworthy business, like this one! Not sure when my review was removed, but I’m sure it was done before “The Fields” incident, because if it weren’t then it would have possibly prevented this contributor the same hassle as I experienced here! I was left with a 2 foot dent on my front right passenger fender and solid deposits spread over the entire body of my vehicle. Of course the car wash denied any allegations or fault to the damages, just as they did with “The Fields” claim. I immediately canceled the membership that I had with them, but noticed later on that I was still being charged for. Which, the female manager said she could only refund one out of the 3 months they continued to debit my account for, which I still have NOT received even that! She remembered who I was and why I wouldn’t use their car wash anymore! But, she refused to refund the months I was charged for, even after I reminded her of the document I completed that was required from me to submit at the time I requested to cancel! I recently visited fuel city in cedar hill as I live closer to it than the Dallas location and have always been a fan of their tacos! My first visit was decent and I spent a good amount of money at Their establishment, yet my second visit was abhorrent the food was greasy, my order was wrong and frankly it was a big mistake on fuel city’s part and not what my money was worth. So I called the cedar hill location and spoke to the management whom told me to bring my food back up to the location for reimbursement. Upon arriving the manager of the store offered no solution to the problem of the obviously disgustingly greasy food and wrong order, I was given no refund and not even any resolution I left empty handed without the correct order and without my money. Realizing the great injustice I received. I called back to the location and asked for the general manager’s number and the name of the manager and clerk who had taken my order neither was given. The staff proceeded to put me on hold and Withheld their names as well as the general managers number. At this location the customer is not right nor does the staff seem to care about customers who have spent a decent amount of money on their food extremely disappointed considering the length of this review and I highly recommend taking your money elsewhere as this location can’t uphold the standards of the downtown Dallas chapter. I also have pictures of the trash and disgusting food if I can find a way to upload them I will happily do so in order to keep others from wasting their money (this is my first review of any restaurant ever and if zero starts we’re and option on this app I would give it) as an extremely calm and well mannered person I am so disgruntled I would honestly consider...
