Richard was amazing! We were searching for an adjustable bed for my Mom. We walked in, and he greeted us promptly! He took the time to show us exactly what we were looking for, not trying to oversell. He showed us different options and price ranges and explained the details throughly. If you're looking for someone to treat you well and a great deal, this is where you want to go, just be sure to ask for Richard, the guy with the great smile and outstanding people skills. 9/18/2023 This experience with Mattress Firm started about 5 months ago with a puchase for my mother. Needless to say since then purchases have been made for several family members(6) mainly in part because of the amazing deals but believe me when I say it's because of the outstanding, exceptional customer service that was shown day one. Listen to me when I say Chad, (I call him Nephew because when I met him his sincerity spoke, kindness, respect, and he felt like family and treated me as such). He and his team will not steer you wrong and will make sure you get the best deal. . I did purchase my mattress from them a few months ago but i didn't like it and without any hesitation Chad rectified the matter and replaced it. Now today I am back for an upgrade from queen to king. Mattress shopping isn’t exactly a “FUN” experience, but meeting Nate, the mattress specialist we worked with, made buying a mattress actually enjoyable. Putting aside the fact that I got an excellent deal on my purchase, Nate took the time to really talk to me. For him, it wasn’t just about the sale. He wanted to help me, in a way that could positively impact my life for years to come. It seems like a small thing, buying a mattress. But in fact, it impacts so many vital aspects of one’s life. Nate really delved into my lifestyle, and my budget concerns. In the end I chose a mattress that was below my budget because THAT CHOICE was the best product for my needs. We went in to purchase a twin mattress and were told at that time that it would arrive at their store in a couple of days. When we didn't hear anything we called and the guy that answered was rude and told me that their store only receive mattresses on Tuesdays. When the mattress finally did come in i got 3 calls telling me that it was in. All three times I told them that I would be in at the end of the week to pick it up as I was traveling (if the mattress actually arrived when they told me to, this could have been avoided).

When i went in and picked up the mattress they wanted personal information that they didn't need. I refused and told them that i didn't feel comfortable giving that information but i would be willing to show my email confirmation, receipt and/or my ID to prove that i purchased it and that should have been enough. They did put on the form that I refused to give them personal information and gave me the mattress. However, after i refused to give personal information, the guy helping me seemed to have an attitude toward me that was unprofessional as he acted like it was a bother to help me.
