5 stars for the best hair stylist and team! Shelby is the hair queen! She does amazing work! In the 1+ year I have seen her she's transformed my hair! From hand tied extensions, both Habit Method and IBE, to the most beautiful balayage and coloring services, she really does it all. She has an insane talent for just KNOWING you, and truly understanding what your hair goals are. She's truly passionate about making people feel good about their hair and helping them achieve those goals. Her consults for extensions are so thorough and she makes sure you understand everything (installation + costs) if it's your first time getting sewn in hair. She also blends extensions with your natural hair SO well you will leave in disbelief that is the hair on your head. She just opened a beautiful new location that is SO comfortable. It is right off of Parmer, such a great spot, quiet with plenty of parking and natural light! I have never felt so comfortable sitting in a chair! The shampoo bowls are divine, the styling chairs feel so luxurious. I feel so blessed to get my hair done in such a beautiful (new) location! I always look forward to my hair appointments, Shelby and her team are an absolute delight every single time I see them. They bring you drinks and want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible while being pampered. One of the main reasons I chose this salon was because the person who answered the phone on both occasions was very enthusiastic, friendly and informative. They did not seem annoyed or apathetic which was the case in quite a few of the calls I made to a few other salons. I know how hard it is to stay upbeat for EVERY phone call but it does go a long way and it worked. Stella was my stylist and she provided one of the very best experiences in my 10 years in Texas. She listened attentively to what I wanted and made it happen. Usually when I get my hair colored, my skin is stained (which is not too big of a deal because it’s part of the procedure) but I did tell her my skin was sensitive and it was the first time ever I left with zero dye on my skin. She really was detail oriented and a true professional. Fantastic in her line of work. Great drink selection and snacks. My only constructive criticism for the salon would be to invest in ceiling lights for warmer tones when you are able. and maybe have larger artworks on the wall to open the space up a bit. Kenna is hands down the best there is!! I started going to Kenna as a blond, and she consistently gave me the best tone and highlights I’ve ever had. When I decided to try going red, she took the time to explain the process and help pick the perfect shade. The results were honestly life changing - I feel like she unlocked a new me! She is truly phenomenal at what she does, from cuts to color to bleaching, all of it!

She’s incredibly kind and we always have a great time in her chair. While we usually chat away, there are days I just want to be silent and enjoy the me time, others where I need to bring my laptop and work, and she is always ready to adapt to whatever needed to make it the best experience possible. Cannot recommend her enough!!

The salon is also so gorgeous, always super clean and picture-perfect, with tons of parking and easy to get to. They offer a selection of drinks which is always a nice touch, too.
