The Furniture Outlet’s selection of nice furnishings is wide, but not overwhelming. The team is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable, and I felt very comfortable from the time I walked into the store until the transactions were complete. Also, the young men who delivered my furniture were respectful, courteous and accommodating. I made my first purchase today from The Furniture Outlet, but I’m sure it won’t be my last. I might add that the brothers and their team were so helpful in my selection of just the right pieces for our tiny park home. These pieces provide the seating we need without making us feel crowded. We purchased a beautiful cabinet, two outdoor chairs and an outdoor table here on Saturday. My husband visited the store first and came home to get me to go back with him. He said, "you won't believe how many pretty things they have!" He was right! We are very pleased with our purchases AND the fact that they were delivered the next business day. The guys doing the delivery were TOP NOTCH! They worked quickly, took care not to bump walls or furniture, placed everything perfectly and even took the time to wipe a little dust off of one of the outdoor chairs. We will definitely shop here again...

We had a major issue with a power recliner that the insurance would not cover even though it was under warranty and less than a year old. After battling with them for 6 months, I went into the store and explained our issue to Aaron Cassidy. He assured me from the get go they he would make things right for us. Over the next few months he tried to get the necessary parts and has gone the extra mile to make this right. I always prefer doing business locally and this is the reason why!
