Very disappointed this time!! Took my 88 year old Mother-in-Law here on Tuesday, 4 April 2017, after our doctor's appointments. We had been there before with her 2 sons. We loved the food but she was disappointed they toasted her hamburger bun because it was hard for her to chew and this time she was going to eat some shrimp. I was so happy to finally be served some very good Ranch dressing. So much, I contacted the waitress the next day and asked if they could order me a bottle when they put their order in. I gave her the money and she did order me a bottle and on this day, I was going to order another one. Not now.

This day was a special to me because she's been great to me with all of my medical appointments and driving me to whereever I needed to go. Her husband, of over 50 years, passed away 5 years ago and we've been taking care of her ever since. I've had to medically retire, after 35 years of civil service, and I finally had some money and wanted to treat her to a nice early dinner. We stopped in and entered through the handicapped entrance and sat down at the first table on the left, closest to the door. It wasn't busy and there was only 1 other table with people at it and then there were a few people sitting at the bar. After sitting down for 2 minutes, a woman came in the bar and loudly told the bartender she was going to need a menu. BAM!! She was handed a menu and her beer. After we were there for 20 minutes, looking over the menu and deciding what we wanted. I told my Mother-in-Law, "let's go". I was angry at being ignored and not even told "I'll be right with you". The guys at the bar kept turning around and noticing me staring at the bartender to try and get her attention. It didn't work and they didn't say anything to her and it's not their job to tell her she has customers that haven't been helped yet. We got up and left and NO ONE said anything. I've talked very highly about this place and I do love the salads and the bartenders/waitresses when I was there. The bartender (Victoria) which is supposedly the owners daughter, is very rude and unprofessional. She gave her information to one of my friends, so that is how i know her name. My husband was the DD. He ordered a drink, for himself and I. Once he received his drink he told me it was strong and he needed more juice added. He started to try to wave her down, which i thought looked rude. So i told him i would get it and stop waving. As she walked by i simply called her name to get her attention. She turned to me and said that is not how you get my attention. Now I’m confused in how that was disrespectful in anyway. So yes, i asked her would she rather me cat call her. She started yelling and told me we could take it outside, so my friend group including husband, backed me away from the conversation, due to me being ready lol. I give zero stars on service and food.. My husband and I ordered 2 cheeseburger plates with FF's.. We ordered our burgers well done with mayo lettuce, tomato, and onion with FF's extra crispy.. And we get raw freaking meat looking like worms in the meat, no mayo wilted lettuce and cheese that's it, along with our half cooked FF's.. My husband and daughter take the food back and the bartender said she couldn't give no refund that she would have to take pictures of all the food and send it to the owner and we would have to come see her for the refund... ok so wow I'm pretty sure that is one of the worst business moves any place of business could have... So in other words screw the customers because it's all about the owner if she sees fit to waste people's time, money, and gas... And let's not forget the fact who cares if they go to bed hungry because that food was so groce we couldn't even handle the thought of even trying to put anything else on our stomachs......
