I called Tyler last week about needing a refrigerator. He found me one that was exactly what I needed and fit in the space that I had in my home. I got an amazing price, which included taking away my old refrigerator. Tyler is really easy to work with and answered all my hundreds of questions that I had for him before and after the sale. Also, his crew who delivered the refrigerator were amazing as well! They delivered it on time as requested, took the old refrigerator away put the new one in place. And did all of it without damaging anything in the house or on the deck. They were very conscientious and very courteous. I am also going to need a gas stove in the future and Tyler said as soon as he gets some in he will send pictures so I can take a look at what I want to purchase. The refrigerator was a scratch and dent unit but it was brand new. Still with the 1-year warranty. I will continue to do business with Travis and his business in the future. I will also tell everyone that I know how Travis handles his business and how his team takes pride in their work and making sure that the customers happy. The delivery guy was cussing accusing me of leaving food inside the old fridge b/c he failed to look inside. It was the shelves he heard. They tore up my door frame weather strip. They sold me a defective item. I only agreed to a dent and scratch item. To open the fridge, it also opened the freezer door.

Called the delivery boy back hoping he could come fix the doors. He told me to contact the maker and they'd send me a new one. Told him, I do warranties at work... To tell him I needed an invoice. He interrupted me saying he didn't care where I worked. Like I said, I didn't have an invoice. The manager said it would come with the fridge.

The boy said the manager would contact me on Monday. But was able to get a hold of him on FB messenger. He said he'd be out on Monday but never reached out...

Appliance Outlet, specifically Percy, was so great so work with. I tend to be a picky customer who often changes their mind on styles. I even tend to have decision overload but Percy was patient and knowledgeable. He helped me by narrowing down my brand choices and only offering me refrigerator brands that met my requirements. I took multiple days to make a decision and needed a bit of help with finishing accessories for my fridge. Percy and the manager both stepped in to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for.
