The absolute best customer service. I was having some dilemmas with my two vape systems I had bought at two different vape shops. Christopher waited on me. He was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and explained everything to me. I needed a new vape cartridge but they do not carry the size I need. Christopher tried but no go. Being uneducated about what I had purchased from the other two vape shops I feel I got taken for a ride by them. First off I was sold a bottle of 40 mg of nicotine salts. When I went back to that particular vape shop to tell them it was too strong they simply sold me a 20 mg of nicotine salts. Still too strong. I went to yet a third vape shop to buy a non nicotine vape juice. Mixed it with the 20. Still too strong. Christopher listened and came up with a remedy. No matter how I diluted the 20 mg it will always be too strong. Christopher let me try 6 mg. That too was to strong. He diluted the 6 mg with the non nicotine to make it 3 mg. Perfect!

Well Christopher for going that extra mile you won over a long time customer. I have a friend who regularly travels to Cedar Rapids and will be picking supplies up for me. Christopher wrote down exactly what I will need so when she goes or I go we know precisely what to buy.
