Neighborhood is fine. Only complaint is the crazy HOA lady at the pool who threatens occupants with a beer as she is dumping a pint of liquor into her tumbler cup. I am 100% positive that my one beer is nothing compared to a plastic pint of liquor. “Do as I say not as I do” -HOA lady with short white hair, an Adam’s apple, and a bad attitude.

Shortly after she went back behind the wall and started messing with the pool pumps and the pump started spraying water so she told everyone that the pool was now closed. I overheard a resident say her name is Sherry and does this often when it is her turn to close the pool in the evening. Sherry, with the Adams’s apple rides around on her golf cart “patrolling” the neighborhood thinking that she owns the place. She will also follow residence back to their homes.

Sherry or whatever his name is needs to step down from the board because she does not care about...

My ranking is on the places I frequent, not taking into account all of the construction projects that are in progress. Domino's, Subway, Rice 'N Noodle have great food at great prices. Only drawback at this time is construction workers occupying parking spaces for restaurants. If you're doing pickup or take out, you may have to jockey for a spot. When there's no construction, I'm sure things...

Love this place. I can get everything I need for my day here. A sandwich for lunch, a boba tea for the drive, a donut for breakfast and if I come back threw around super time I can always get...
