If I could leave a - star I would. I was there today at 11 am. The woman working behind the counter was the rudest person on the face of the planet. I ordered the same sandwich that I've ordered for the past several years--footlong Flatbread with regular ham, double bacon, extra yellow cheese, extra white cheese, triple pickles, and regular tomatoes. Yes. It's odd. No, that's not anyone else's business except the person paying. Yes, it costs a little more when made right and that's ok. The woman added the bacon and huffed her way through the cheeses like this was the most difficult sandwich she'd ever made in her life. She did the white cheese correctly but ignored the yellow even though she verbalized it was extra. Having ordered this for literally years, I knew it was not but I was not willing to get into a confrontation with an irrate woman over essentially 50 cents of cheese so I stayed silent, aside from requesting that she toast it. We made our way to the veggies and this was where the problems began. She flat-out refused to put extra pickles on what was already a fairly expensive sandwich, mind you, a sandwich that the customer was willing to pay for. She said no, I will not add more. I wish I had a photo to show the amount but I don't. Trust me when I say it was not extra and was a little less than normal. I asked politely again and she said no. She turned to man working the register and said you make it. She then proceeded to argue and berate me as he completed the order. I finally asked him if this (her behavior) was acceptable and she said YES IT IS. All caps here to emphasize her tone. The hateful attitude and flat-out air of "I'm better than you" was too much to tolerate. Rather than cause a scene I paid for the food. $21.00 for the footlong and a normal 6 inch. I know I was overcharged. Ive ordered the exact same order for YEARS. I've the cost breakdowns memorized. Read moreIve been a subway customer for such a long time now my go to place is subway but after the rude customer service today i might need to reconsider that me and my friends came to eat here after a track practice (around 5 people) we got food and sat down that was around 6:30 we ate and cleaned up after our self so no mess was left behind and after we ate we sat around to talk to each other you know at a public restaurant thinking that its alright and theres no issue well a parentally there was because one of the employee got onto us because one of my friends was putting there other friends hair in a ponytail not only did he get onto us he was so rude about it saying stuff like "this isn't a salon" first of all there was many pleasant way to say that second of all we all spent almost 100$ worth on food so its not like we just sat there and third we weren't loud or making a mess he just wanted us to get out to start closing the store at 8:30 when they clearly say they close at 10 I can gladly say that neither one of us is stepping food in a place like that again and especially spreading the news around the school of how horrible customer service they got they should really be ashamed of hiring people like that like i said subway was my favorite place to go but after todays experience i'm really reconsidering changing my thoughts on that i will defiantly be reaching out to corporate to...

When trying to use the web interface, I would add a sandwich to the cart, only to find there was nothing in the cart when I added the 2nd and 3rd sandwiches. I had to try several times before it 'appeared' to have 3 sandwiches in the cart. We pickup them up. When we got home, we had 3 identical sandwiches... all made the same way.
