The attitudes of the staff (especially Nicole) is completely off-putting. You’re supposed to be the manager Nicole, act like it. Pedicure quality has gone down drastically, so I stopped getting pedicures here. Gel isn’t done right and forms bubbles the next day. As soon as you walk in, you feel tension. The manager Nicole is rude and allows her employees to act the same way.

The person doing my nails didn’t say a word to me the entire time, not even a hello, but yet when I politely let her know she charged me for a dip removal when I actually had a gel removal (there is a price difference), she caught an attitude instantly. I noticed how rude she was when she spoke to me, so I opted not to tip because of that, along with the quality of her work. I was ready to just pay and go home. Nicole then loudly asks me - are you going to tip her cash? I said NO. She said “why?” I said “tip is optional, I’m not required to tip or tell you why.” It’s very distasteful to beg for tips and you need to put a stop to it, Nicole! People tip based on the quality of service and attitude of your employee. They also noticeably interact with non-white customers poorly and I won’t tolerate it. Making this my last visit to this place.

I walked into BTS on a Sunday morning hoping they had availability because I was WAY past due for a mani/pedi. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The first thing I noticed was how spotless the salon was. It was quiet but super welcoming and comfortable while still maintaining safety measures. While they couldn't see me immediately, they were honest and completely transparent about the timing instead of saying they could take me and then just having me wait for a ridiculous amount of time for someone to finish, which I really appreciated. When I returned, I was introduced to Jenny and she is amazing! Hands down, best pedicure I've had. She's super gentle and pays close attention to detail. Manicures are historically difficult for me to maintain, I have ultra brittle, thin nails and they provided me with options that would best assist me in getting the results I wanted without compromising the look I wanted. My husband found BTS when he was looking to get me a present mani for our anniversary and im so glad he did because Nicole is just wonderful, she is nice, patient, she is attentive, and she always helps you out if you are unsure of what to do with your nails. I have been coming here for a few months now and I have been coming back to get the Gel X which I love because they make my nails feel strong and hard, this time around I came back when my nails were too look so we went with a Gel manicure which I was unsure about because my nails are very fragile and tend to break easy. I have never have had my natural nails looking for beautiful so all is thank to Nicole. Salon is pretty clean, the rest of the girls are pretty nice.
