I was an avid customer for them for the past 3 years. Last time though, our order was entirely incorrect. Thought it was a busy night. Tonight, we put our order in at 5:30pm through their website. Call at 6:50pm asking where our order was. Before they even took our name or order, they told us it was being delivered. Asked "we didnt provide an order or name. How do you know its being delivered?". Still told it was being delivered. Received a call back at 7:30 stating they made a mistake and it was being remade and resent. I asked for some sort of discount or something to counterbalance the 2.5 hr delay... company said my "next order would be discounted." I said I probably won't be ordering next time from them. He said deliver person was a manager. Then order arrived at 8:10 pm. Food is completely cold. Do not recommend such a business.

Honestly, you are hard pressed to find food that is so bad I can't finish it but at this place my food went in the trash. You can't get better Asian food in the frozen section of Walmart.
Edit: Initially, I was impressed with the owners reply and added a star to my review. However, I reached out to the owner through the business website and provided my name, my phone number, the order date, and my total for my order so that he or she reach out and address the issue. However, it has been about a week now and I never heard back. It seems apparent from my viewpoint that the owners reply was more to look good on google then to actually address my concerns. That is to bad. I would have loved a fantastic Asian restaurant...

Placed a delivery order waited 15 minutes after said delivery time (hour after order). Called was told āonly the manager can see online ordersā and that I would be called back with an update because the manager was on the phone. 10 minutes later still no call. So I called back 3 times with endless rings twice, one time was pick up and hang up immediately. I had to go down there to get a refund. The gentleman working the front pulled my order up right away and apologized but nothing done to make a customer of 7 plus years happy. I get it if you forgot but to just be ignored when I order from your restaurant weekly and have my place of employment ordering from here too. Not the best performance. So sad.
