I had ordered my food and we're going to pay my $40 gift card that had been checked prior to showing up to this location now I had $0 on it when they try to run it I think something came up and they ran it in their system or something but I got screwed at a $40 and these people couldn't even do one thing to help me out they just look dumbfounded like they had no idea what to do or how to do their job. This is ridiculous because the customer service there it was no help at all I could have went back there and made my own sandwiches but yet they screwed something up and now I'm the bad guy and I'm the one that's out $40 and it's irritating and frustrating if you go to the store make sure you have cash that way they'll know how to do that because they were no help whatsoever when it came to this situation and now I'm out $40 that was a birthday gift to me so just terrible service never had this happen before the subway oh and on top of that instead of maybe making the customer happy cuz I wasn't just sitting there for an hour trying to figure this out for nothing but they're just going to throw the food away that's what really irritates me is that I had the money on the card but they're just going to sit there and throw the food away instead of making a customer happy to have him come back again because of a mistake I can see if this is something that was done. Periodically and numerous amounts of times but this is my first time in that store and this happened and I will never ever go back and I will definitely share my experience with anybody and everybody I can so they don't have to go through the same situation and get terrible service and just be stuck with nothing anyways. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just had the worst experience at this store. I just wanted to have Subway for lunch on my birthday but they were out of the bread and cheese I wanted for my sandwich. The guy who usually helps us, Jeremy I think his name is was super friendly and helpful as always so while I was disappointed it was okay but it went south from there. The guy who added the veggies to our sandwiches (4 footlongs) didn't know what he was doing and made a mess of our sandwiches and didn't really pay attention to what we wanted. When I went to pay my son noticed I was disappointed and asked if we could get a small discount. That's when a guy I later found out was the manager chimed in with a rude tone and said I'll do 10% but that's it and never again! He was VERY rude and stand offish. I didn't appreciate the way he spoke to my son who was trying to just make my day a little better. I said it wasn't our fault the store wasn't stocked and again the manager rudely said take it up with our driver! I told the cashier that I wanted to know his name (The guy being rude) and he refused to give me his name and asked me why I needed it I told him I wanted to take it up with management and this was when I found out that he is the store manager. I told him that since they are refusing to help I will just take it up with corporate but I decided that a review on Google was the better option. Again the guy who usually helps us Jeremy I think his name is is always fantastic and if it was up to me I would make him your store manager but that isn't my decision. Ā Ā Ā Read morePoor customer service, did an online order pickup and got 2 sandwiches, 1 being a steak club with double meat and extra cheese for $13. Showed up at the pickup time and wasnt even made yet, was ignored for 12 minutes while standing at the register and the lady just kept ringing other people up and not acknowledging me. Finally got her to check for my order, which wasnt made yet. Eventually got what I was told was my order and headed home to find a sandwich with no steak, but chicken and avocado. Called the store "manager" Jeremy and explained I would like a refund. He said he couldn't do anything about the online orders. He couldn't be more right, he couldn't even read the right order but sure charged me for it with no apology for his or his employees mistake. I was told to call Relina for a refund which I did right away. She assured me a refund would be issued and a confirmation email sent. None of which was true. I will never be returning to this location, which I am truly upset about, because I have always had great experiences at this location. Some of the friendliest sandwich artists I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Then an unhelpful manager messed it all up.
