I just left the courthouse over a ridiculous fine for passing a sign with my puppy! A sign that I didn't see. It took the DA a whole 15 minutes, if that, to dismiss my case. I asked them if there's any way to ask the reservoir to move the sign, they said they have no control over that. So I decided to write a review. I got the fine for passing a sign where it said no dogs allowed in the wetland area. The park ranger told me "you couldn't of missed the sign". I was willing to pay a fine, thinking the max amount would be $50. When I saw the fine on the ticket was for $100 I was shocked and thought it was extreme! I was there the rest of the day and noticed that everyone with a dog was also passing the sign! Not one person turned around because of the sign! I went into the courthouse with pictures and videos showing how many people did the same thing. I'm hoping that I was just one of the few who got a fine for this! This is clearly an issue and the reservoir should move the sign so "it can't be missed"!!!

Very large Park with something for everybody including a separate Beach solely for pet lovers. Plenty of space for everybody. Not overly busy however caution for bikers they tend to feel they have the right away above everything else including pedestrian and children. Clean well-maintained, relatively friendly, water is checked to protect the patrons. Smelly but clean restrooms definitely a nice place to stop in and enjoy.

Convenient and central. You certainly can't get lost. The water is a large circular pond with lots of boating on the evenings and week days. The water has been pretty green as of the last few years and the Marina hasn't kept up on their services as well as you might need. Plan ahead, call ahead. Otherwise Cherry Creek is fantastic. $9 to get in or a nice dam road drive over in the evening.

Needs to do something about the venezolanos in the area drinking and driving fast through parking lots, blocking boat ramps. And blasting music all over the place. Leaving trash everywhere. Ruining the park. Seen some change there children and throwing the diaper just to the side and leaving them there. It’s getting out of hand parking on the side walks. There literally no order. Something need to be done about this. It’s getting...
