I’ve been a client at La Vogue for about a year, almost a year and a half, and unfortunately, my experiences have been quite inconsistent. I’ve had a couple of pedicures here, as well as manicures, some of which were amazing, but one left me with sore toes from rough handling and trying to dig into the middle of my big toe nail plate because I had a bruise that the male tech tried to clean out, or the nails being too short where they were actually hurting. At one point, they had cut a few chunks of skin out of my toes when doing cuticle prep. I had hoped these issues were just a one-off, but things took a turn during my friend’s visit for her wedding nails.

She specifically chose this salon because she’d had great experiences in the past and wanted them to do her wedding manicure. Unfortunately, the nail tech’s attitude during her appointment was surprisingly dismissive. She felt rushed and ignored when she tried to communicate what she wanted, which was especially disappointing given how important this moment was for her. It was upsetting to see her so disappointed on a day that was meant to be special. My tech that I had for today was wonderful, but only after I was skipped over by another walk in when I was already in the pedicure chair. She said she was on a time crunch, but instead of the male tech handling it in a professional manner, he told me that someone will be right with me and I waited until someone else walked out from the back to help me. I was on a time crunch as well but that didn’t matter because I wasn’t going to stress out the tech because I know it takes time.

After 20 years of searching for the perfect nail salon, I finally discovered LaVogue Nails & Spa while organizing my daughter's wedding party. Jenny, the owner, was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to set up a brunch for all the ladies, which made the event even more special.

I had the pleasure of working with Hailey for my nails, and she was nothing short of amazing. This experience was a turning point for me in my quest to find someone who truly understands nail care. My nails had been quite damaged, but Hailey took it upon herself to get them healthy again. Fast forward a year, and my nails have never been stronger or healthier!

I've been using dip, and with Hailey's expertise, I no longer have to endure the filing down of old product. She gently soaks it off and carefully removes any remaining residue. Hailey has also recommended additional products to use between appointments, significantly enhancing the health of my nails.

I am truly grateful to have discovered Hailey and this outstanding salon. The owner, Jenny, is warm and welcoming, making everyone feel at home, while the entire staff—Judy, Mai, Ty, and Bi—are not only kind but also a joy to be around, ensuring that every visit is an enjoyable experience.

I drew up a picture of an idea I had because I wanted something more original and not something off of Pinterest. They look exactly like the picture i showed her! The little ghost?! So adorable. 8/12 : I moved here a few months ago, and i needed to find a new nail technician. It’s always daunting to try to find the one you vibe with and who does a great job. This was the first nail salon i came to when i moved here and i had the honor to have an appointment with Jenny! She is the KINDEST individual and she delivers everytime. I’ve been here 3 or 4 times now and i leave happy Every. Single. Time. She’s incredible at what she does. I don’t feel like “just another client” she remembered who i was after my first appointment, and remembered my nail goals, and my preferences. They have fair prices, they are quick but not too quick, they pay attention to detail, and always make sure you are happy with your nails! So thankful to have found this salon and Jenny!
