Okay, First off. I want to say that we came in here looking for a small mattress for my mother in law. We had just decided we were purchasing a sleep number mattress and were planning on getting it delivered next week.

Anyways, we walked in the store and were greeted by Jared and Nick. Jared helped us pick a small mattress. Then I randomly said something about the sleep number we were purchasing and he mentioned a few facts about them and why they maybe weren’t the best contender for my husband and his herniated disks. I immediately felt unsure about the choice we made and asked him to explain. He took the time to talk to us about the science behind mattresses and which kinds are best for people with disk disease. I was shocked to see that the PURPLE mattress was a lot less expensive and had science behind it.

Jared answered every question, took the time to show us all the models that we would like, discussed pricing, details on brands and warranty they had.

In the end we were SOLD. We absolutely loved the purple mattress! My husband has not felt comfortable on a bed in more than 3 years. I cannot express the complete sincerity we felt when Jared was helping us. He was so nice and patient and even asked about details regarding my husbands disk disease to better choose the right mattress.

He was not trying to sell us on the most expensive one which I have a good radar for. He helped us with the financing and took the time to explain everything in great detail. Looked into the stock EVERYTHING! He even hooked us up with some free pillows!

I left feeling wonderfully taken care of. Nick, the other gentleman at the front was also lovely and helpful as well. He had great vibes and was even engaging with my little girl. Which most of the time I feel like store clerks hate kids in the store. Not in this case!They both had this incredible welcoming environment for us to shop in.

I bought a mattress with my roommate in 2017. We purchased the mattress and box spring from this location. They sold us on the quality and warranty of the mattress. We asked about the warranty, and the sales representative told us that the requirements were to keep the tags on the mattress and ensure it remained free from stains. On 10/1/2024, I filed a warranty claim because the mattress quality did not last the ten years as promised. Mattress Firm initially declined the warranty due to the frame the bed was on. However, after speaking with a customer service representative, they helped me get the claim approved. I was able to purchase a new mattress after the claim was approved, only paying the difference between the new mattress and the old one. Overall, they did a good job. My advice is to understand what warranty your mattress has and the requirements for a claim to be approved, in case you need it in the future. I never thought mattress shopping could be fun until I met Michael. My husband and I were looking for a mattress for our room as well as a guest room. Michael asked us several questions about our sleep style and preferences before showing us some recommendations from both him and the Mattress Firm app. He was very patient, did the perfect amount of explaining, and was not at all pushy. We started out trying some of the more expensive mattresses, but ended up choosing a more affordable mattress from the back of the store. At no point did Michael try to push us towards the more expensive mattresses (which was something I had experienced in other mattress stores). When I need to upgrade my mattress in the future, I'll definitely be coming back to ask Michael for help!
