Really bad all around, for the third time in a row… just got done explaining the mess to our staff and how they are no longer allowed to choose garbanzo for staff lunches anymore: and how several meals are obviously wrong again, but after the third time back to the counter I was unwilling to further deal with and just wanted to get out of there. Also our gluten free guy is concerned about his pita being not being gluten free after the whole ordeal so he’s tossing it (and most certainly did not get the extra meat he ordered) etc etc… to top it all off the restaurant was still quite gross (I say still because last time I was in: in addition to similar issues all around the place was so dirty, especially the men’s restroom, that I made a point of bringing it up to the manager: something I don’t think I’ve ever done before) anyways disgusting floors that sorely need replaced, sticky tables (tried multiple: all were sticky) etc etc. basically just a generally unclean restaurant. They weren’t even very busy! Anyways I use to regularly visit another location off of Lincoln that was SOO much better in all respects (very clean, friendly, great customer service, used to hand out fresh falafel while waiting in line etc) that sadly closed. And unfortunately this alternate location is far from a good alternative. 3 tries in a row they were a complete failure on almost all accounts (I will say the food that was accurately made was decent). It wasn’t just me either: many fellow patrons also were vocally quite upset with them as well and also got the feeling that the staff behind the counter were quite unhappy as well… so doubt if this place will be around much longer but while they last I would have to recommend you stay clear.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review in my life, but then again, I’ve never been so disappointed in a food establishment before. Wanted to bring dinner to our friends who just had a newborn baby. Spent $170, including tip, on two deluxe family meals and a couple extra items. The highlights (or lowlights if you will). - Ordered an extra side of rice on top of the two that should’ve came with each meal. Received less than half of one container’s worth in total. - Protein portions were barely enough for two people, let alone the four that the meal is supposed to accommodate. - Tabouleh and cucumber salad containers were one third full at best - Did not receive the sliced tomatoes we ordered. - Selected cookies as a dessert and did not receive those. I should’ve listened to my wife and checked the order before we drove away, but we were in a hurry and I never would have thought things would have been messed up so bad. Showed up to our friends house and we were completely embarrassed once we started unpacking everything. By the time we realized how much we got shorted, it would have been a 45 minute process to try to get things fixed. Needless to say we won’t be coming back here ever again.

I would have given zero star for this location, if there was an option. We went last Sunday around 730PM (shop closes at 9PM). We ordered a falafel plate and the girl who served food had no interest in what she was doing. Usually there will be 5 falafels in a falafel plate, but she put only 4. The falafels, rice and roasted veggies all were cold. She was not interested to make fresh falafels and somehow she wanted to finish our order. All the portion sizes were small and we paid $14 for this plate (see photo attached). We asked for tahini and see where she added the tahini in our plate. We had good experience here and that's why we wanted to try this place again. Will never go to this location. Worst experience 😡😡😡

Trying this place for the first time. Just arrived to pick-up a $40 online order, and noticed the bag was sealed in such a way that I couldn't verify the contents inside.

The man behind the counter noticed that I was trying to look inside and yelled at me that "everything you ordered is in the bag". When I got out to my car, I decided to tear open the bag and immediately noticed that two orders of Baklava were missing!

I went back inside and talked to the same man, who—without any hesitation—said: "We're out of Baklava".

When I said: "Well, I paid $5.18 for two orders of Baklava, can I get a refund?" he said: "We can't give you a refund. We can substitute it with something else" and then pointed to a fridge with nothing that I wanted.

I don't appreciate that they tried to hide the fact that they didn't have the Baklava that I paid for. And, when I became suspicious that something was missing, they yelled at me. And, when I confirmed that something was missing, they tried to say I couldn't get a refund for an item that they didn't have in-stock.

Just as I started to raise my voice in front of customers, the Baklava mysteriously appeared in a fridge right behind the counter. "Oh, actually we do have some".

If you do come here, double check your orders. I don't think I'll be ordering...
