Leaving a second review since my first review was deleted. This is a legit experience review. This was a disappointing experience. The place was way too crowded, not clean and unattended. Inappropriate loud club music. The glow in the dark didnât have any chalk, the air tunnel was broke. I read in another review from 10 months ago that this was broke so either it wasnât fixed or it breaks often. The attendant/owner did not have gift cards, he said his wife knows more about that. The WiFi password didnât work and he was gone for over 30 minutes and never showed up. I called the phone number but it went to vm asking to text an out of state phone number. Is this locally owned??? There was absolutely so cleaning or sanitizing done that we could tell. We were by the register several times to pay for a $2 package of cookies but after my phone call and several attempts to pay, my daughter and granddaughter walked out. Thatâs when the attendant ran out of nowhere. I asked for the WiFi password but his response was: âIâm more concerned with you paying for the cookiesâ I got the message loud and clear, you want my money but I shouldnât expect anything from you. He then ran after my daughter and granddaughter and asked them: âis the cookies all you got?â This is very unprofessional behavior and insulting. I will not return and will make sure none one I know wastes their money here or get humiliated. Their competition is a much better choice, play street museum. See pic of unattended counter.
Post the vide where it shows my group left. How many in âmy groupâ that left. I never left or I would not have paid for the cookies. I didnât steal anything I PAID FOR THE COOKIES!!! Post the video of your attendant chasing after my 3 yr old granddaughter. The âattendantâ is your husband, thatâs what he said. Post videos of the âcleaningâ never happened while we were there. How do I âfindâ the attendant??? Post the videos of all the times I went to the counter and he never came out. If thatâs not an indication that someone needs assistance, I donât...
Read moreThis place could be a lot of fun but itâs incredibly crowded. On the website it shows a counter of how many kids/people are in the space at any given time and the counter went to 200 which seems to be a very large number for the space, especially if itâs just counting kids because there are also parents in the space so not sure if they also are counted. We made reservations a week or so ago but when we got there it really didnât seem to matter as it was totally full and people were flooding in. It could have been that it was a holiday today but we had it after 20 minutes into our 2 hour reservation window of making the effort to enjoy it. The activities while really cool and fun are really hard to enjoy as there are kids and the adults everywhere. The equipment is new and in great shape. The water area is tucked away so it wasnât very obvious that it was there. Thereâs no gate to stop kids from exiting the play area so it can be a little nerve wracking with so many people that a little could leave the play area. The 2 and under area was fun and my one year old did enjoy it as there werenât too many kids in that area. The bathroom was clean but there was no changing table so luckily no diaper changes were needed this trip but like I said there were a lot of people for one bathroom to take care of. It could be a really fun place like I said, but they would need to drastically limit the kids during open play and sure up a few ways for kids to stay in the area for us to come back. I know itâs new and I really want places like these to succeed and Iâm really rooting...

The owner called me and apologized for what happened and said she will be talking with this employee and wants us to come back in to have a better experience. She was super nice and genuinely sorry. We will be going back to give them another shot.
Today was our 2nd time going and I was so disappointed. It was so busy which made it a bit overwhelming. The lady that was working today had her 2 daughters there. They were running around all over the place like banshees and climbing on top of all of the furniture (standing on top of the bakery area, climbing the playset in the middle like a rock wall, etc). There were a few times where they almost ran into my son while they were running around crazy. The whole time this was happening, their mom was sitting up front on her phone. I don't care if you have your children there while you're working. But if all parents are required to supervise their children, then employees should be required too. Or don't bring your kids to work if they don't know how to behave in public. And on top of all of that, they were playing songs with swear words. How is that appropriate for a children's play place? My 1st time here, I loved it. Which is why I came back for a 2nd time. But after today, I'm not sure if I will come back. Not trying to deal with my son listening to inappropriate music while having to make sure he doesn't get hurt by older kids...
