Byanca is so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable in her field. The energy is outstanding and you able to find some new stones with every visit. They also have jewelry and carvings available along with natural specimens. The UV reactive selection is impressive as well! And with every purchase you can enter into a raffle for a giveaway prize. Highly recommend!

Amazing. My first time ever buying crystals, and the girl was so helpful. She asked questions to help me pick out crystals and even wrote down the names of what I got. I will 100% be back!

UPDATE: This was a little while ago but I came back with my friend! I lost the piece of paper that she wrote the names of my crystals on originally, I brought them all back in and the same girl identified them all for me! She was so helpful and my friend and I spent so much time looking around at all the crystals. We both left with beautiful crystals that we felt connected with...

The Crystal Cave was amazing. I had a great experience. There are so many beautiful items and Byanca was so incredibly helpful AND knowledgeable. Her customer service skills are amazing. She made me feel welcome and answered all my questions in a very easy to understand kind of way ( AKA: did not make me feel stupid). She knows her stuff, gives helpful hacks to learning more about crystals, and is obviously passionate about what she does, which I loved. It was contagious. I strongly...

This was amazing! The owner is so warm and inviting, she Immediately welcomed us in and offered to try and help us find certain crystals. When we were checking out she cut the cost of some of the smaller items and just gave them to us for free. She then pulled out tickets and said, “if you can give me your email and phone number I can give you these for free! They are tickets for a giveaway.” So we obviously agreed and overall this was such an amazing stop and I would 100%...
