After a back procedure on my lumbar spine (L5-S1), I was desperately looking for the proper mattress. I have purchased a few over the past year and been disappointed each time. They were often marketed as firm or as having extra lumbar support but each time I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock and woke up with excruciating pain. Eventually in Dec 2018 I made my way to the Mattress Warehouse store near the Fairfax Costco. Upon entering I was immediately approached by one of the sales staff members. His name is Yassin. He did not rush me, as I asked to have some time to lay on various mattresses. After some time he checked back in and asked me to try to Bed Match system they have in the store. I work in technology and thought it was nothing more than a sales gimmick. However, I was dead wrong. It promptly matched me with a few options for my height, weight and spine support concerns. Each one was very comfortable but it helped me narrow down to ONE mattress that was superior to all of the others. I would not have found this mattress on my own and if I had it would have taken several visits and countless hours wasted. Yassin also spent time discussing my budget and helped me get the mattress I so desperately needed. This difficult to know of mattress sales business location has a huge variety of selection. The sales Representative-Manager Yassin, he's genuinely himself friendly, helpfully patient to respond to your questions, [due to] larger money amount purchase and you are with them everyday, at night, and to rest your head. He made me and my families feel comfortable, trust [my(our)] purchase with him. He's very responsible, very to your requests, even when you are asking extra questions, expedited attention your stress or medically, for example, a return, or discontinued goods, i.e., discontinued pillows, bed covers, etc.The merchandise is [extreme] high quality and [very] high bed rest (technology, material, shape/feel). Real, true/genuine, very good, no shown lie, nor hidden lie to mislead. At other locations, other sales representative they are less stable, not "carrying through" with browsing customer to educate them if they sense or read you are not going to make a purchase ["on the same day"] which was sort of like a harassment to me and I then do not want to ever come back at that location to that sale representative or representative-manager since they were rude, and unprofessional in a professional business...

Yassin was amazing! Initially bought a mattress from him several years ago, and didn’t even hesitate about going back to him. Arrived at the store about 2 hours before closing, and he was very welcoming. He asked what we did or didn’t like about the previous mattress and took the time to make us get the mattress compatibility test to determine what mattress is right for my significant other and I. After testing about 5 plus different mattresses, and brands- we settled on what would be the considered the Cadillac of mattresses. He was absolutely not pushy at all, and truly wanted my family and I to have the mattress that would be appropriate for our sleep styles. It was incredibly helpful to work with such a brilliant individual who knew about mattresses, companies, manufacturing process, and so much more. I really enjoyed my time in speaking with him. Our bed arrived exactly as planned and communication from the store; start to finish was fantastic. I have already referred my family and friends to this location, and will continue to refer many more to Yassin- and it’s been less than a week after working with Yassin!
