Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Two workers. 3 customers. The workers kept switching positions. To make my sub, started with one, then to 2nd, back to first, back to 2nd. This with them replacing gloves every time. This place used to be great. I can't imagine how it would be if they actually had a busy period. Update; I've gone twice since last review. Gotten worse. Tonight, 5-6 in line, one worker. It doesn't help when the worker has a limited knowledge of English. So had to say order 2 or 3 times. Then have to address wrong items being used. Then just forget stuff all together. Then as putting on cheese, asking if to be toasted. Then after cheese on , move to put other stuff without toasting. Extremely slow. You would think after several months working there, a simple 2 meat and cheese sub would not be that hard to accomplish. I even used hand to say how many of something I wanted. Still didn't work. Just not worth going here anymore. Since the other two in area closed, will have to drive further to a Subway that isn't so bad. Maybe better, switch to...

Food was great as usual, the service however was trash. The lady who served me wasn't nice, she kept reprimanding her co-worker for putting too much meat on my fiancé sandwich. She was going overboard with yelling at here and then she proceeded to tell my fiancé with a nasty attitude "your lucky, she put too much meat". We spent about 30-40min there and the entire time she kept continously mentioned that her co-worker put too much meat on sandwiches. She then yelled at my fiancé when he took his paid for sandwich " hey you come back here" she took the bag and put the rest of the sandwiches in the bag. Very poor service. Both Latina ladies on 9/2/2025 at 12:57pm told me they dont care if im there customer or not that they can make my sandwich whatever way they want. They put all the cheese on one side and told them to put a piece on the side with no cheese and said she would have to charge me. Then decided to curse me back after making an issue and lie to say she gave me free cheese yesterday AND I WASNT EVEN THERE YESTERDAY. Then wouldnt ring me up lol. Childish.
