I'd given it a lot of thought as to what to say in this review for months now because I needed to get over the anger and frustration this place brought me. My grandfather helped me buy my first car here which was a big mistake. Number 1 rule in Modesto is to never buy a car off of crowslanding, you're testing your luck. I should've stuck to thay rule, lesson learned.

First, I went to see the car and like any salesman they treated you in the best way possible, common sense. We drove the car and ended up putting some money down for it. The price marked was 8500 the guy said he could do 79..but at the end my grandfather had to help me because according to them the new total was 9k. I should've left. Anyways, the car one week in started messing up and i took it back and the guy said he couldn't help me pay off what needed to be fixed. So I paid a couple hundred bucks. A month in and the car would constantly die on me.

Keep in mind I am a student and I work part time. They weren't helpful at all, they didn't want to take the car back and they started intimidating me. They disrespected my family right in front of my face by raising their voice at them and telling them to shut up and then told me "sorry I don't make the cars" and laughed. Which, i completely understand but they were aware of what was wrong with the car before they sold it to me and they didn't feel the need to be truthful. Now 5 months in and another 1500 put into the car, it's barely starting to work. I am very disappointed and still upset. Worst mistake I have ever made. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. This is just my experience.

We bought a car there, at first they seemed nice but a few things popped up with the car that they needed to do a few inspections with, you could tell they were pretending to be helpful but honestly were just putting on a smile and not interested ion helping any further which was frustrating. Funny enough when they did the detailing he said he was going to put on some nice hub caps and when we saw them they were old and scratched up, 3 of which fell off when we were driving on the freeway, thee was other stuff but in the end just came off as sleazy but we were lucky enough pay it off quickly so that we didn't have to deal with their fake smiles anymore and their dirty "office" in the end shame on us i guess for buying a car off of crows landing but we really needed a car at the time and bought the car we thought we would like. If there was an option to put 0 stars it’d be the one i’d chose, they tricked telling me i needed to go into the dealership for tags and they ended up making me give up my keys because Jorge said he would go to the “DMV” for me they then said my car was reposed which wasn’t true because i never received any paper work. The cops were involved and the dealership ended up saying my car being reposed was false information, just because the cops confronted them about it.
