La Michoacana Plus — Restaurant in Modesto

For my very first time I was very disappointed. I ordered a Micheagua de Limon & huge mistake, it was too sour, not enough sugar, and too top it off the way they rimmed the cup with chamoy was just really messy. I mean I'm not trying to exaggerate I know what they look like, but by the time I arrived to my house (5 min away) estaba choriando to the bottom I couldn't even hold the cup without getting dirty. I ALSO ordered the nachos & cheese with jalapeños and it was um okay. The chips were stiff, not fresh, not quite crunchy which was a huge turn off. It seems as if they just make n serve & don't even taste to see whats acceptable or not. The ice cream is good, I'll give them that but as far as aguas frescas & Micheaguas HUGE NO. Worst customer service by Mary. I went there a couple months ago and that was my last time going there because she was just so rude to the people in front of me and also to me. She was basically trying to hurry us up in picking what we wanted and she was been so rude to her staff in general. I’m a manager a restaurant and that’s not a good way to treat your crew. I guess that lady was their last option to be manager because she obviously doesn’t deserve that spot hopefully they hired someone who carries about their customers and crew will not be returning to this spot...

Service was terrible. We came in and no one was ordering, there was like 3 girls just standing there and not helping us for a good 10 minutes. The worker who came to help us don't speak English so she just kind of laughed because she didnt understand english a then ignored us and helped another customer who came in after us. I tried to converse through Google translate but she wasn't having it. We had to wait for another worker to come help us after 20 minutes. Worst...
