Morales Furniture — Local services in Ceres

Back in September I walk in to Morales furniture I perches a California bed. I was told that I was going to get it Ina week. Well a week later I called to make sure I would be home to receive it. Cone ti find out that the bed I picked out it was no more made so I had to picked out another one. Well a week later I got it n they came set it up for me well I got a cheap ass mattress cheap as bed I just moved and I had to break down the bed and to my surprise I see that they slashed the mattress I never saw it was they put it upside down. I'm so mad because I paid $1200 for a cheap bed. So...

I purchased over $2000 the bunk bed I got all the screws are coming out since the first day. I called Morales Furniture and the manager was suppose to call me back. I never got the call. My kids cannot even use the bunk bed since the first day. It’s very dangerous. I also tipped the guys a good tip! Thinking they did an awesome job. But...

I was a first time customer when I ordered a black coffee table from this business. Upon its arrival, turns out it was the wrong color. Instead of giving me what I ordered, they messed up my order by giving me the wrong color table. When I contacted the store, they refused to take responsibility for the mistake. I not only received and paid for a table that I did not order, but I received poor customer service from them. Therefore, I do not recommend purchasing furniture from here. I will go...
