Been shopping here for 10 years. Used to be a decent store. But in the last year SOMETHING HAPPENED TO THE QUALITY OF THIS STORE. Long time employees are gone. Store is not as organized. Long lines at checkout. This store relies on the automated/self-checkout which constantly shut-down and are useless if you have more than a couple of small items. The self-checkout is never covered by a cashier who can override the machines (unlike Home Depot where they always have someone present at self-check). Any time of day or night there is rarely more than one register manned by a cashier. Lines get to 10, 15, even 20 customers deep before they open another register. But managers never step up and take a register themselves. Just stand around "directing traffic". Service is ridiculous. Employees are constantly blocking the grocery section with pallets and crates. Milk and other dairy/deli is past expiration dates or has been allowed to sit out, get warm and spoil (but you don't know this until you go to use it a day or two later). Only shop here due to proximity. Will often walk in, see the lines and walk out again. Talking to neighbors and other customers it seems many others are doing the same and driving up to the nearby Wal Mart or...
Read moreI’ve called customer service 4 times about this store. They don’t like to give you your complete grocery order in bags. I’ll order $200 in groceries and they will put less than half of those items in bags. The first time caught me off guard where I didn’t notice and opened my trucks rear door and had 4 gallons of orange juice drop on the group and 18 eggs fall to the ground and explode. They didn’t put any of that in bags. Then just order after order no bags. I would talk to the associates that bring my orders to my truck and they would be very apologetic saying they don’t keep extra bags on the cart and people are always mad because they like me don’t get their whole order in bags… so I asked them then why don’t YOU talk to you manager or just finish packing the customers order? Be a go getter and be proactive and excellent at your job. Don’t just be like well it’s not my responsibility so oh wells. That makes YOU also part of the problem! I called customer service again today and told them they lost a customer. I will go to Walmart to shop and she didn’t even care. Again, you’d think they would focus on customer service and customer retention but I guess when you’re making hundreds of millions they can spit on a few...
Read moreCustomer service there is horrible I ordered a product and I was there early by 30min which I ordered my item 1hr 30min ago so I tried to pick up my item and I was told I had to wait exactly 2 hours by a representative so I told her that onthe web site in big bold green letters it states READY WITHIN 2HOURS. She said I still have to wait also there were not busy on there were 2 other employees on there personal cell phone texting instead of helping me. So I asked to speak to a store supervisor named April and she said I had to wait to hours also and I explained to her that instead of the employees helping me they were on there personal cell phone texting on Target time she began to arguing with me and defending the employees. So that was what I had to deal with today @ target. so instead of taking the time 3-5min and following target policy and procedures and helping out a customer. I also had to cancel my order and repurchase the product in store which took 25 min for the...
